HADA awards $375,000 in Scholarships to Houston Students

A historic storm pounded Houston with torrential rain and surging waters in late May causing severe damage to homes, vehicles and businesses.
In an effort to aid flood victims in Houston who needed shelter, housing, food, supplies and transportation, the Houston Auto Dealers Association donated $50,000 to the Greater Houston Chapter of the American Red Cross.
HADA president, Wyatt Wainwright, presented the check to the Greater Houston Chapter of the American Red Cross on May 28 on behalf of Houston’s franchised new car and truck dealers.
